HISTORY

A few years ago, I stumbled upon a 1969 Omega Seamaster lying in the attic of my family's home. I was captivated by its classic design and moved by its personal history - it once belonged to my grandfather. This chance discovery marked the beginning of my journey into the world of watchmaking.

With a keen eye for the aesthetics of vintage objects, I have gradually accumulated a collection of pieces over the years, including some aircraft instruments that have inspired me with their design.

Arcange is a tribute to the rich history of aviation, a fascinating universe that I wanted to subtly connect with the world of watchmaking. The name is a nod to Jean Mermoz, the legendary pilot of Aéropostale, nicknamed the Archangel.

AMBITIONS

Our goal is to create sophisticated, elegant, and timeless watches that embody authenticity in contemporary watchmaking.

We strive for excellence in every detail and maintain the highest quality standards in all of our products.

We prioritize independence, achieved through direct distribution, to offer our customers the best possible value for their investment.

We remain connected to our customers and are always available to listen to their needs and feedback through our social media channels. We believe that by working together, we can continue to grow and develop the brand.

TRANSPARENCY AND VALUE

A certain opacity have reigned over a large part of the watch industry for several years now and this is why we want to be fully transparent about the origin of our products. We buy and manufacture in two different regions:

  • In Hong Kong for the majority of the components
  • in France for the bracelets

Once manufactured, all components are sent to France where they are checked and assembled in Besançon, the cradle of French watchmaking.
All our products are imagined, designed and pre-prototyped (3D printing of the case) in Reims, France.
